  1. Best customer service was when we got a new wifi and the guy with Sprint spent 3 hours with us connecting everything to the wifi and he was wonderful and a breathe of fresh air. I give him 10 out of 10. Best experience ever :)

  3. My best customer service would have to be when my little chihuahua gizmo was sick and almost on his deathbed. The Vet was telling us that there is an 80 percent chance that he might not make it but he would do all he could to save him. So I started freaking out and crying because these are my babies. I was asked to leave the room while the vet did what he had to do because I was freaking out and it only made baby gizmo upset. After we spent hours there it was time to go and my boyfriend Shawn had gizmo in his hands and he tried to walk out. I'm like hey we got to pay them and the vet said, I've never seen someone so close to their animal so this one is on me.

  5. Best customer service was when I bought a new washer and when the guy from Lowe's was installing it, the handle on the water shut off valve broke. He ran out and turned off the water, went to Lowe's and got the piece I needed and replaced it for me, no charge. He was awesome.

  10. I had really good service at a sit down restaurant. The server was extremely nice and even the cook came out to talk with us because of my daughters allergies. Best place ever! Very good customer service. This was at the RainForest Cafe. :)

  13. Outstanding customer service from a small company where I bought an electronic cigarette from. I purchased it and it worked for 2 min and then shorted out and died permanently. I contacted the vendor, who helped troubleshoot then decided it was DOA/Manufacturer defect to the charger. He overnighted me a new one with new charger & included a pre paid postage to mail the broken one back.

  15. I think I have had great service at Coldwater Creek. The last time I shopped there I discovered that the tops I had purchased on a previous visit had all been marked down and I hadn't even worn them yet. The clerk looked up my information and gave me a refund no questions asked.

  16. good customer service Tiny Love heard the bouncer didn't work, they sent me a new one. Bad customer service AT&T about 11 years ago I told them I wanted NO long distance what-so-ever and they agree. My next bill I had over $1000. Why? They charged me for local long distance. I said none! They told me they'd pay half if AOL did, they went back on their word. :(

  18. I managed a very large steak house with a full bar and lots of drunks .The stories could go on and on...but I had one lady spit in my face and call me trailer park trash..funny since she was the one getting kicked out of a family steak house for cussing and being intoxicated!

  19. The best customer service was with my local Acura dealer. My dad could no longer drive so I began driving him around (he had cancer). I started having problems with his car, came to found out the transmission needed replacing. When he originally got the car he had had to replace it once then, so this would be the second time. The man at Acura knew my dad and uncle fairly well. When he told me we needed a transmission, I told him that since Dad was terminally sick he couldn't work, which meant no money to fix the car. With no car I would have no way to take him to the doctor (I had no car myself at the time). Since this was to be the second time the transmission needed to be replaced, the Acura guy called Acura headquarters. 3 days later he called me to tell me that Acura was fixing it for free as their yearly "good deed" (not the words he used, but close enough). This man was so awesome! He put a smile on my Dad's face for the first time in awhile and really took a HUGE amount of pressure off. He really saved the day!

  22. Best customer service experience(S) I have worked in many customer service positions. More than once I have had the opportunity to pray with someone who was going through a very difficult time. Made my day to be able to share that with them.

  29. The worst customer service I encountered was when my husband and I went out supposedly to dine in one of the seafood restaurant but unexpectedly we did not notice we're called and the staff didn't do something about it. We waited for almost an hour. Poor customer service.

  30. I used to be a concierge, so hopefully I was someone's best! As for worst... the one that comes to mind is that I've recently been arguing with an apartment complex I used to live in. I got a bill for $1000 from them THREE YEARS after moving out, with no explanation! Crazy!

    Happy birthday! :)

  32. My worst is when I had a tried to check out with just a few coupons and the cashier made a rude comment out loud that "I wouldn't want to be behind you people." She was frustrated because she didn't know how to do the coupons. I was beyond mad.

  38. Worst experience.... McDonalds. When we were ordering our food (first off she spoke to the drive through next to us which was a fail all on it's own). Had to repeat what we said like three times for her to get it right. Larce sweet tea with no ice, a hamburger with no onion, and a supreme wrap. What she said: "Large sweet tea with ice, hamburger with tomato, and no tomato on the wrap." Like... how..?

  39. Last year I went to Red Robin for dinner and ended up with food poisoning the next morning. I posted on the FB page and I was asked to leave my information there and I would receive a call. I did get a call from the General Manager and while he was nice, he, in a roundabout way called me a liar and that no one else had reported being sick. He sent me a gift card but I gave it away since I will never eat at Red Robin again.

  40. Worst has to be Walmart with coupons! Best has to be Amazon who go above and beyond to keep us buyers happy!

  41. Can't remember who did this now, but my worst is being put on hold for over 20 minutes (my phone keeps track of call duration).
