Grilled Honey Soy Pork Chops.

2 ½ pounds Boneless Pork Loin Chops (thick cut)
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon bottled Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon bottled Minced Garlic
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Trim fat from around pork chops, then place meat in a plastic freezer bag. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley flakes, minced garlic and cayenne pepper. Stir together and pour down into the bag. Coat meat with marinade. Place in the fridge for 4 hours tossing to coat meat every so often. Remove meat from fridge 30 minutes before grilling. Grill for 9 minutes on each side.
