30 Day Squat Challenge

I am not going to lie.  I am not in shape at all.  I mean zero exercise, so I figured this was a good starting point!  Those first 50 squats, I was sore the next day.

When doing the squats, I do them in sets of ten.   You can do the same!  On my rest days, I still did a few reps of ten, just to keep the madness going.  Halfway through the 30 Day Squat Challenge, I saw results!  I had lots a few pounds and inches off my waist, thighs, hips and bust.  '

  1. Im doing this one as well. Actually Im not sure what day im on anymore lol I just make sure I get at least 50 in each day!

  2. Holy cow on day 30 you have to do 250! I don't think I would ever be able to do that many. Good luck to you!

  6. This is awesome, glad to meet a lot of ladies doing fitness challenge. I am into it too. I do 50 squats and 20 sit ups but not everyday.
