ReplyDeleteI love it!! One of my favorite things to make with it is sugar free lemon curd, which I then add to homemade plain Greek yogurt. :) Before I tried Stevia in the Raw, I used a liquid stevia extract product and found that it could cause a bitter undertone when baking with it (I’m assuming the prolonged high heat may be the culprit), but I don’t have any problems when using Stevia in the Raw, which is designed to be used for baking.
ReplyDeleteI have never tried Stevia in the raw. If I won that would be my chance.
