Two Must Haves for Any Kitchen
I love my Crock Pot! I can make so much in it and it saves me so much time in the kitchen, Plus, we all love the aromas of our food slow cooking. I have the smaller Crock Pot and the larger oval one. they are both a few years old but still work fine. I wanted a newer model and was thankful to receive this Crock-Pot 7-Quart Easy to Clean Cook & Carry Slow Cooker. It's a beauty.
I love the locking lid. I can pick it up and no worry about spills or the top falling off and breaking. I can take it with me to family gatherings and just plug it up and the food stays warm. And, this Crock Pot cleans so easily! Check out the video HERE

How I Manage SUI
Many women, including myself, suffer from Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI). In other words, we have bladder leaks. This is a common issue for women who have had children, yet so stigmatized. Sometime when I laugh or cough, I have a little bladder leakage. Not only is having SUI embarrassing, it is costing me a lot of money. Having to buy pads for daily use and changing a few times a day, adds up. Yes, there is medication and surgery I could have, but the cost is outrageous. When you have SUI, your pelvic floor muscles cannot control your bladder and you pee on yourself. There, I said it. Sending Christmas cards is a Holiday tradition. I keep a list of who sent me a card from the previous year and add to it throughout the year, as new acquaintances are mace or new business connections are made. While snail mail has slowed down, sending out those Holiday cards is still important to me. And, I love receiving them, too.
