As a child, I suffered from asthma. It was one of the worst experiences of my adolescence years. I wished I knew then what I know now. So many different preventive measures can be taken to prevent an asthma attack. Make sure you know the signs of an oncoming asthma attack and you may can prevent it. When you cannot prevent an asthma attack, know how to treat it and know when to seek medical assistance.
