4 Reasons you need a Temporal Artery Thermometer

Going back to school is an exciting time – new teachers, new friends, but it also unfortunately means exposure to new germs and illnesses. The Exergen Smart Glow TemporalScanner™ thermometer helps ease stress for parents who need to care for a sick child. Don’t leave the Exergen Smart Glow TemporalScanner off your supplies list this back-to-school season!

I love this Exergen Smart Glow TemporalScanner. It is effortless to use. I have a son with autism and taking his temperature with a traditional thermometer has been quite a task in the past.  With this Exergen Smart Glow TemporalScanner, it is a breeze. No more trying to get him to keep it in his mouth long anough to get an accuarte reading, this Exergen Smart Glow TemporalScanner is quick and easy.

The TemporalScanner™ comes with four ways to make it even easier to take a temperature:

  1. A softly illuminated display for easy reading in any light – perfect for checking the temperature of a sleeping infant in a darkened room
  2. Beeping sound indicating scanning can be turned off or on to avoid waking a sleeping child
  3. Automatically retains the last eight temperature readings for instant recall to check on fever progression
  4. Ability to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius modes
Made in the United States, the Exergen Smart Glow TemporalScanner™ is the number one preferred thermometer by both nurses and pediatricians, and is backed by more than 60 clinical studies proving its accuracy.

Sold in major retailers including Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Costco, Babies “R” Us, Toys “R” Us, Kroger and BJ’s, the Smart Glow thermometer’s suggested retail price is $49.99. 6. The reason I love that it doesn't need to be held in the mouth: my elderly Dad has a hard time with holding an oral thermometer in his mouth due to his dentures. This would be perfect.
