1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2 ¼ cups Powdered Sugar
4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (softened)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 (7-ounce) Baker’s Dipping Milk Chocolate Bowls
Sprinkles
Wax Paper
Line 3 pans with wax paper, set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla extract. Stir together, then blend with hands until completely combined. Roll into 1 ½ inch balls and place on one of the pans lined with wax paper. Place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour, then remove from fridge. Melt chocolate melts in the microwave according to package directions. Use one hand to dip them completely in the chocolate and place on one of the pans lined with wax paper. Use other hand to top with sprinkles. Repeat process with remaining balls. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set, then remove and serve or place in a treat bag. This recipe makes 22 balls.
