My favorite foods to grill are steak and asparagus. The asparagus are perfect with just a bit of butter, sea salt and pepper. We love barbecuing all year round. A barbecued steak tastes so delicious on a cold January evening. It is so easy to barbecue year round - we just put on a winter coat when it is cold and the barbecue is on the deck so it is easy.
