  4. We are not having a bbq for the 4th. Our town has town wide garage sales and then we go to a local fair in the late afternoon and stay for fireworks.

  7. WE do have a BBQ on the 4th. My favorite memory was a surprise birthday party for my father-in-law as he was born on the 4th.

  8. Usually our pool does a chicken fry and everyone brings side dishes on the fourth of July. It is very fun. As a child we always went water skiing.

  10. We aren't sure yet if we are having a cookout this year. Weather pending...My favorite memory is when I was 9 almost 10 and celebrated the Bicentennial 4th of July in 1976. Fun times as a kid.

  11. My aunt and uncle always had 4th BBQ's when I was a kid. The food was amazing, including a whole pig that was cooked in an underground pit.

  14. We will be having a July 4th bbq. My favorite memory was being little and growing up on the coast and we always had a huge 4th party with tons of food and fireworks.
