How Drive Time Can Get You Approved To Buy A Car

Recently, I was in the market for a good used car.  Here it is 2016, and I was driving a 1999 vehicle with high mileage and chipping paint. I had begun to have repair after repair, so I knew it was time to let it go before I had major repair issues and no transportation whatsoever.

I began my search for a car by looking online at my local dealership's websites.  I found a few that suited my needs and went to the first dealership only to find out that due to some issues with my credit, they would not be able to finance the car that I wanted. They were trying to push me into buying an old car I did not want and have a co-signer because I had issues with my credit,  I felt defeated and wondered what I was going to do.  Then, a friend told me about DriveTime and how easy it was to get a car you want and can afford.  

I had never heard of DriveTime before, so I began to do some research, DriveTime is based in Phoenix, Arizona and has 139 dealers located across the United States. They have thousands of cars to choose from and I could get approved and know my down payment before I shopped.  This was GREAT news for any person on a budget and needing a new car!  

I began to search used cars on the DriveTime website. I was really surprised because first of all, I had never heard of DriveTime (until I was informed by my friend) and secondly, their selection was GREAT and I found the prices to be very affordable and within my budget!

 I took the leap and clicked on the GET APPROVED button. The online application process took about two minutes. It was so easy and after I completed the process, I knew my credit score, my credit rank, and the amount of my down payment.  Best news of all, I WAS APPROVED.   I got a call to set up an appointment to come in and discuss all my options.  I was so happy and relieved to know that I was getting a new car!

The next day I went to DriveTime and met with my great salesperson, Katey. She was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed.  It was nice and clean inside and everyone was so kind and friendly! Katey was very personable and took the time to help me find just the right car for me.  I had all the necessary documentation and this car buying process was smooth and easy.   Matter of fact, it was the easiest car deal I had made in my life!  I always thought if I had bad credit, I would not be able to finance a car, but DriveTime made it possible and I am one happy customer.
