The survey found:
- Two-thirds of Americans rank Thanksgiving as one of their favorite holidays.

170°F in breast
165°F in stuffing
I plan on making mine with herbs, butter and stuffing on the side.
I learned you never thaw a turkey at room temperature. You can either Refrigerator thawing is preferred and the least labor-intensive but requires more time.

I've never tried to grill a turkey in our gas grill! It sounds pretty easy and I bet it has a unique flavor that all will love.

ReplyDeleteI learned that when injecting marinade into your turkey the rule of thumb is .5 oz for every 5 lbs of turkey. I have injected marinade before but was not overly impressed, I think I didn't use enough and only injected the breast I think I will use the diagram on the Butterball site and the recommended amounts and try again this year.

ReplyDeleteLast year we tried the READY TO ROAST CLASSIC BONE-IN TURKEY BREAST and it was really yummy and so easy to make. So I think we'll do that again this year.
