A good night's sleep is important to your overall health. If you don't have a good mattress, you are not going to sleep well. A mattress is one product I don't want to skimp on I searched high and low, read reviews and I decided on Brooklyn Bedding for my mattress. I chose a queen size Brooklyn Aurora. in medium firmness.
The Brooklyn Aurora is the coolest take yet on affordable luxury. Advanced TitanCool™ technology provides optimum cooling comfort in a hybrid mattress expertly crafted with breathable materials, immediate response technology and individually pocketed spring support.
The mattress ships in a box. Make sure you have someone to help you get it inside and in your bedroom,so you can set it up properly. You roll it out and let it "fluff up". It is really easy to do. Brooklyn offers free shipping and returns, a 10 year warranty and a 120 night trial.
I really like that I was able to choose my own firmness. I don't like a soft mattress, nor do I like a really firm mattress. So, I chose medium firmness. I have been having some of the best night's sleep of my life since I started sleeping on the Brooklyn Aurora. I wake up feeling refreshed! When you wake up feeling refreshed, it makes for a great start for your day.
Now, everybody wants to sleep or nap on my new Brooklyn Aurora. I must say, it is a luxury to take a nap and it's even better when that nap is on a Brooklyn Aurora. And it looks like I will be purchasing mattresses for my kids from Brooklyn, so they can have their own Aurora. I want to keep mine all to myself.
Thanks to Brooklyn Bedding a lucky reader will win their very own Brooklyn Aurora Mattress. Winner will choose the size and firmness. Retail value ranges from $999 for the Twin to $1999 for the California King. Winner chooses soft, medium or firm. Giveaway is open to US only and you must be 18 years old to enter. ALL entries will be verified and Brooklyn Bedding will ship to the winner.
I received this mattress in exchange for my honest review.

I'm not sure which one I'd choose. We need a new one because my husband is a laborer and his back always hurts. A new mattress would be a good start for him.
ReplyDeleteWe need a new mattress because when my husband and I got together 15 yrs ago, we were given a used mattress from my parents that I don't even know how old it was then, probably at least 10 yrs old. About 10 yrs. ago it was getting SO horribly uncomfortable we almost had to save up for a new mattress but were still raising 5 kids then and couldn't really afford it and I luckily won a thick memory foam mattress topper which helped a lot for awhile.. but the last several years or so it isn't helping anymore. Plus we are getting older now, we are both over 50 and both have arthritis and I have a neck and back injury and our bed makes it so I wake up in pain not only every single morning but countless times through the night as well. I would have to talk to my husband so we would choose our mattress together if I was blessed to win, but judging from their firmness scale guide etc. I believe we would end up getting a Queen size in Medium firmness. Thank you for this chance.

ReplyDeleteI need a new mattress as I'll be moving out of my parents house soon...after having had to move back here eight years ago due to family stuff. I've been sleeping on my sister's old bed...which is...28 years old. It's made bearable with the use of a topper, but it's be nice to have a mattress to take when I move...saves quite a bit from what I'll have to spend when I move. :)
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention...if I won, I'd choose the Brooklyn Aurora (because it says it offers "deep compression support, especially important to heavy sleepers"). I'd ask someone there whether I should get soft or medium. I'd definitely want to ask the opinion of someone at Brooklyn Bedding about that. Given I've been sleeping on a Twin mattress that's a touch too short for me for the past eight years, there's a part of me that would LOVE a King size mattress...plenty of room to sprawl around on! I'd probably get a queen though, because since I'm moving, I'd want t play it safe and make sure the bed fit in whatever apartment bedroom I move to. :)
