I typically go walking on my lunch break but that's about all the exercise i get in each given day. i would love to be able to get more in.

I take walks whenever the weather is good. I'd like to find more ways to exercise is colder weather, indoors.

ReplyDeleteI try to workout at least 4 times a week whether it be running on the treadmill or just going on a walk. It helps me with stress. It can sometimes be hard to find time to workout when we get very busy!
ReplyDeleteAs a busy mom of young children I do find it difficult to find time to workout sometimes. I teach a dance class so that keeps me in shape!

ReplyDeleteBesides the exercise I get from being on my feet walking all day in a restaurant I also do an hour of walking every morning to get me moving.
