  1. I typically go walking on my lunch break but that's about all the exercise i get in each given day. i would love to be able to get more in.

  2. I don't make the time to exercise that I should. I'm on my feet all day at work and do lots of walking there.

  6. I try to workout at least 4 times a week whether it be running on the treadmill or just going on a walk. It helps me with stress. It can sometimes be hard to find time to workout when we get very busy!

  7. As a busy mom of young children I do find it difficult to find time to workout sometimes. I teach a dance class so that keeps me in shape!

  12. Besides the exercise I get from being on my feet walking all day in a restaurant I also do an hour of walking every morning to get me moving.

  20. The only exercise I tend to do is walk around my neighborhood but I should do it more than I do and in the winter so never do it. This would be AWESOME to own to make it easier to exercise.

  22. I do have a hard time squeezing in exercise due to work, my house, and my family. I feel like I am pulled 80 ways and have a hard time sticking to a solid routine.
