The three of us always shared one fishing pole so my dad barely had time to fish since he was always helping us bait the hook, cast and bring in the fish. The pure look of happiness on his face was a memory I still treasure (he passed away the following year of cancer). Happy Father's Day to all dads out there!

ReplyDeleteFather's Day mostly meant going out to a restaurant with Dad. Dad's choice was usually seafood and his favorite place was The Inn near the beach. COVID-19 means that we have fewer choices for restaurants, but we still hope to get together and play some board games.
