Beef & Cheese Dip
Items needed:
2 pounds Ground Beef

¼ cup Onion (finely diced)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 (16-ounce) jar Medium Salsa
1 (2-pound) box Velveeta Cheese (cubed)
Tortilla Chips
In a large pan, add olive oil and turn to medium heat. Once hot, sauté onion for 1 minute. Add
ground beef and cook until no longer pink, then drain. Combine ground beef, salsa and velveeta
cheese in a crock pot. Cook on high for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.
Now this is my kind of meal! I love everything Mexican and my cousin brought this to a family potluck. Now I know how to make it!

ReplyDeleteWe love any kind of Mexican style dip. We like to use Velveeta and extra hot homemade canned salsa together. I would love to try this, too.
