  1. My boys and I would do a large puzzle every year and start it on Thanksgiving day. We would do a little at a time putting in the last piece on Christmas Eve. That would allow us time to spend time together every day as a family talking and enjoying each other. Not just on those two days , but everyday in between. We would each share something about our day and laugh and tell jokes. It was real bonding time together.

  11. One of my best Thanksgiving memories is when all of us got to be at home at the same time. It didn't happen often, an it was like we were kids again. The meal was great, and just liike when we were younger we played tag football after the meal. It was snowing and my Mom who has since passed laughed and laughed. So did the kids because it was adults (4) against kids (10) nd they trounced us!

  14. I was at my parents having Thanksgiving dinner and their yellow lab licked my arm. I started to have a bad allergy attack and had to go to the emergency room. I found out that I am allergic to dog's drool. Now I make sure I get a dog that doesn't like to lick you.

I think one of my favorites is when my Grandma was still alive. We were all at my Mom's for Thanksgiving dinner. My nephew Kyle was only 4 or 5(He's in his 20's now) He sat down next to me and said, Aunt Tracy, I don't like green beans, or corn, or yams! I like JUNK! Cookies and cakes and pies and candy! My and Grandma both spit out our drinks in laughter...

Having all the relatives around the table, it seemed like a hundred of them, and watching one of the uncles fall asleep. How could he? There were a hundred people talking and laughing and passing food. And he fell asleep.
